This office and Christina Popp do not care about their patients. Communication is awful. Do not take your children here!

Very friendly staff. Parking is the worst. The lobby is ok and well lit. Toys for kids and leather chairs.

I would sooner recommend drinking urine before trusting the word of some of these caseworker as a parent my tip to other parents is make sure you read everything record and a make sure keep record of every interaction

When I call for refills on meds I get a message that some will get back with me in 24 hrs. Never have I ever received a return call. I been going to Southeast for 10 years. They know the meds I'm on are very important. How can I believe they truly care ?

I AM A MOTHER OF AN ADULT CHILD WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA & I THANK GOD FOR THIS PLACE ! I am just so thankful for the patience of Jeremy the receptionist and how he assisted my daughter to feel welcomed to sit through her counseling session. Then to see the skills of Dr. Johnson as she counseled my daughter who was hesitant....I felt so much relief due to her bedside manners as a mom. I pray my daughter continues to make baby steps with their assistance. It was a great experience for me to know the staff cares. Thank you Jason, Jeremy Dr. Johnson, Jason & the entire staff we came in contact with & will meet along this journey to wellness. ❤

I am deeply concerned about the care a Somali child is receiving at this hospital. I urge hospital leadership and appropriate authorities to urgently review this case to ensure the child’s safety and well-being. Families deserve transparency, dignity, and culturally competent care.

Our experience with Central Ohio Behavioral Health has been extremely upsetting and disheartening. My family has been trying to support a loved one currently receiving care there, but the lack of communication, compassion, and basic human dignity has made this experience feel more like punishment than treatment. We’ve been given conflicting information by different staff members regarding procedures, visitation, and care. No one seems to be on the same page, and this inconsistency only adds to the stress we’re already under. Staff have been dismissive and at times outright rude. Calls go unanswered, and requests for updates or to schedule a visit are ignored. What’s most disturbing is how our loved one is being treated—not like a patient in need of care, but like a prisoner. They can’t even shower regularly, and the level of basic care is appalling. Visiting hours are extremely limited, and the lack of transparency and empathy from staff is unacceptable. Mental health crises require structure, respect, and support—not chaos and indifference. I sincerely hope this review helps spark accountability and change, because right now, it’s clear that something is very wrong here.

I’ve never had more of a bad experience in my life than I’ve had within the last year sending my daughter to St Vincent’s … This program claims to be successful and helping children with anxiety and other Disorders, yet has been very unsuccessful with my child has actually caused a lots of emotional distress with my child also has failed to protect her from having her hair ripped out of her scalp!!! They will lie on your child and say your child is the one lying these mfs Can’t convince me enough!!! This place used to be good a few years ago since then they are untrained new lazy ass employees just trying to get a check they do not care about the well-being of children Especially allowing these types of things to go on at the centers… It’s OK though I will find a better option for my daughter she Will no longer have to go through this and I will be filing a lawsuit considering not only did they not protect my child They’ve put a blanket over her head to protect them from being spit on which my daughter never spit before But according to them is all of a sudden spitting🤬 Oh and not to mention they will slip your child medication and claim that the child did not get the medication even though they really gave your child The medication so yeah please be careful do research I cannot wait to see them in court!!!

This place no called no showed on multiple occasions, took days to fill prescriptions that shouldn't have a break between doses, and failed to consistently schedule. They discharged my boyfriend for not scheduling therapy, but his therapist didn't show up to a couple appointments and the office never attempted to schedule. It's unethical. They lack competence for their jobs. Due to wait times, he now isn't going to receive care and is having to withdrawal with no psychiatric help or therapy with a history that includes hospitalization.
