The company profits not from genuinely helping people, but rather from the number of diagnoses it can make. Everyone has to have a diagnosis preferably two. Counselors often rely on third-party information to create diagnoses when they are unable to do so during sessions. Legally, a diagnosis that requires six months of seeing a patient before it can be officially made. They will give in 30 days to get paid. Additionally, they request your signature to be sent so they can apply it to all documents, will refuse to provide you with copies of what you have signed. This practice effectively withholds information that might lead you to decline their services. In my experience, this is the most unprofessional, unethical, and money-driven counseling agency I have ever encountered. I would not recommend it.

Pulled my son from here after attending 2 years and not making any progress at all. If your thinking of sending your child here you should read the reviews and ask for testimonials from other parents on social media.

In all fairness, there were two staff members who were very kind and caring. A black male visitation security/nurse was ALWAYS very kind and compassionate; he was truly caring and helpful to the patients. Minnie, the director, was also very sincere and caring. The other folks?

I used to think this place was great. I had two amazing therapists while I was going here, but then the next two I had quit within a few months. I eventually stopped going after the new therapist assigned to me told me he was leaving. They were supposed to call me to set up a new appointment, but they never did.

So I had 4 women case manager and 1 guy and they "helped" but it's not enough, medication is all I need and you need a yearly of one of their checkups and I hated being pulled aside to waste like an hour; also had only 1 shot per year after years of getting no where with my mental condition and that was a struggle of its own(transportation etc) .. if anyone has suggestions where to to get better treatment please let me know because idk how to say this but there is a thief that is the main person for this Cassandra which goes by Andrew Frank and I don't care to go here anymore!!
