If I could give Northwell a 0 I would. I called at 1pm. I waited over 40 minutes for a call back then 42 minutes trying to make a appt and was eventually transferred to a voicemail. It’s is HORRENDOUS customer service. Go someplace else. Period.

The reviews below are NOT lying. Dr Paulina Shats along with Dr Tutu are both liars who try to find the smallest reason to put you in the hospital against your will and have you take poison. They get kickbacks for doing this = $$$. These people are the same ones who put on a AOT court order to take their poison with lies and they put pressure on the Nassau County to force to me take poison. I am person who works and constantly seeks employment but I have had to leave multiple jobs because of them sending sheriffs to my house due to missing ONE appointment with a VALID excuse. I was supposed to pass my AOT court order but Dr Paulina Shats failed me due to ONE appointment missed due to broken down car and cell phone service issues. She was calling on a private number, how can I call you back when I my phone has trouble getting calls? Dr Paulina Shats will pay with karma. Disgusting doctor along with Dr. Tutu. Therapists are also have attitude. John Dillion and Kathryn Twomey both useless and talk to you like a piece of garbage. What form of therapy is that? Please do yourselves a favor... And don't trust the mental health field. It is a fraud designed to drug you with stuff that not only does not help but has countless side effects, some permanent.
