Update: The counselor reviewed below is no longer there, nor is anyone that was there when I was a client. Everyone there now is great! Very unprofessional. Therapist frequently smelled like alcohol and smoke. Without exaggeration, she would cancel the day of every other week. We’d see her one week, then the next, by noon I’d be awaiting the cancellation text. I 100% understand that there are some things that people go through that are out of control. But if it’s that regular that your Monday appointments have to be cancelled, maybe it’s time to take a step back and focus on that instead of people who need consistent help, too.
