Thomas is very compassionate and he cares about the community. His passion is always shown through his hard work. Every time I visit Fresh Start he makes me feel like a family member. The staff are amazing and always have positive energy. I highly recommend Fresh Start Treatment.

So place seems to check out. As a verified person who has not been paid for a review in a seriousness the facilities are seemingly clean with real people , chef, dishwashers and very comfortable beds alongwith curriculum as a main dish. Enjoy. Two thumbs up

Avenues is a place that I would happily 😊 recommend to any I ne who is looking to get and stay sober. The staff is amazing, Samantha, Bobby, Kyla, Julia, Tim, Teresa and Madison will help teach you the skills needed to do the shadow work to help you understand your addiction. Lisa and Tim will help you get to your next step after Avenues. Medical and the techs like Z, Dawn, Lopez, Melissa and so many more will help you day to day in getting and staying acclimated. Even the cleaning staff and Lorenzo at the front desk will take time to speak to you if you're having issues or just a rough day.

This facility changed my life for the better. All the staff here was amazing and really cared about my wellbeing. Jamie (nursing staff) was my absolute favorite , she was so kind and made me feel important. I would recommend this facility to anyone struggling with mental health or addiction!

John was a great teacher, he is very knowledgeable about program and actually problems with relationships. He helped me develop a positive swagger about myself and life. He also helped me learn "self". Crown counseling is a safe and comfortable place to seem help!

Let me just start off by saying how much I loved avenues recovery center..it's an AMAZING place to come get the recovery we need as everyday addicts! Ive learned SO much here because I put in the work so Im able to live a better life for me & my family! I'm TRULY grateful for the opportunity to be apart of their program..& the staff is absolutely amazing! They will most definitely love you until you can love yourself..& love you back to life! My goal is to come back & join the avenues family in 11 more months! I truly appreciate everything they've done for me! I HIGHLY recommend this place if you want a new way of life!

Such a fantastic outpatient location of the best recovery network in the state. Pam and Carmella are absolutely wonderful! Sometimes outpatient programs seem boring or pointless but Carmela and Pam work hard to keep interesting and meaningful topics for discussion! Nurse Practitioner Yfat (Eve) is the most intelligent and compassionate outpatient provider I have EVER had ! My time spent in virtual IOP at the Carmel location of ICFR really complimented my post inpatient treatment. If you are considering bettering your life, a choice of attending ICFR Carmel either virtually or in person will be a choice you do not regret!

The Willow Center has been such a positive experience for our family during a very difficult time. From the moment my son began treatment, we could tell the staff truly cared about helping not only him, but everyone involved in the recovery process. Carissa especially has been incredible. She is so understanding, approachable, and compassionate. She takes the time to listen without judgment and sincerely wants the best outcome for both the individuals in treatment and their families. Her support, communication, and genuine care have made a huge difference for us. Addiction recovery is never easy, but having a team like the one at The Willow Center gives families hope and reassurance that their loved ones are in good hands. We are very grateful for the care, professionalism, and encouragement they have provided throughout this journey.

Dr. Murray has been a blessing to our entire family. He went above and beyond the expected. He was always there for us. If your child has mental health issues, we would only recommend Dr. Murray. Our son has seen councilors his entire life. Dr. Murray was the only one who connected.

What can I say about this place? To say that they saved my life would not be doing them justice. I walked in the front doors the first week of June in 2025 broken, terrified, fighting a chemical, physical and mental addiction to alcohol that had been ruling my life for four straight years. I was terrified to walk through the doors, but even more afraid not to. The staff in this establishment welcomed me with open arms, and though it sounds cliché, were the first group of many to love me until I could love myself. Veronica, now alumni coordinator, a tech at the time, and Britta, now a part-time tech, were the first two faces that greeted me and they made me feel like I was going to get through it. I graduated on July 4 of 2025 and am less than three weeks from celebrating one year of continuous sobriety. There are not enough words to thank the techs, the therapists, the nursing staff and medical team and everyone in-between. But since that’s all I have right now I will use those words to thank them for my life back. If you have a loved one struggling with addiction, I cannot recommend this establishment enough, there are not enough like buttons or share buttons to do them justice. My attached photos are not a comparison that I like to make all the time because it makes me sad occasionally, but it also makes me very proud. The first picture is from the day I walked in at Bridges Of Hope and the second picture is from a recovery event that I attended last month at 11 months sober. Bridges Of Hope will forever be a part of my family.

I went to allendale for my first and only treatment stay. I was scared to go, I didn’t know a single person. I soon realized how comforting the staff were, I was slightly pushed out of my comfort zone, and I will forevor be grateful for that. I made good friends with the people and staff there. Allendale is very special, if you want to change, be willing and give them a call.

This company saved my life but this one here in seymour is the best one I've been to out of the three I've attended in Charlestown indiana and Phoenix az. The staff is great and they will work with you of need be and. Your not just a number in this one and your life and sobriety is important to them

Finding NuLife has been life changing for me. Every aspect of this program is do able , the intake was simple, they offer morning and evening sessions and work to make sure you’re getting your needs met with one on one sessions. They navigated insurance and disability for me. The atmosphere is safe, reliable and non sterile. I feel like I’m part of a family not just another patient seeking help.
