I looked around for local ‘Doc-in-a-Box’ places to go to be seen by a doctor on a Saturday. Thankful that I found one right in front of my pharmacy. The waiting room was clean and almost empty. The receptionist was not welcoming & very hard to understand. Granted I don’t fault her for wearing a mask when working at a doctor’s office. I work in a school & maybe I should consider wearing a 😷 since ALL my students have runny noses 24/7 (but then they wouldn’t be able to understand me). I was a new patient so the registration was long & cumbersome on my iPhone. Thankfully the lady that took me back was sweet, kind & efficient. 3 nose swabs were done w/minor discomfort. The physician’s assistant was so sweet, kind & patient w/my questions. In all my years of doc visits no one has told me to be sure to get plenty of probiotics when taking an antibiotic. Highly recommend!
Very friendly, caring, and professional staff. The food and drinks were great. The new detox beds were comfortable. The meetings were very positive and inspiring. I will forever be grateful for my experience at Bradford. Admitting myself here was definitely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself.
This men's Halfway house has been helping Substance abuse disorders clients for 49 yrs. An asset to our community.

The staff is compassionate and helpful, but the facilities are fairly worn. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
As I dropped off my donations I was thrilled to see the wonderful playground equipment compete with safety and happy children wih supervision! I'm so thankful for the services and people who give of themselves for this worthy cause

Carol Morrison is the absolute best! Her staff are also on the top of their game all the time. I've had the privilege of seeing Carol at the Troy Al location for several years. Now I'm seeing her at her office. It's a drive but for the phenomenonal treatment she provides I'll do whatever it takes.
Great Company who takes great care of customers and employees.
Nurses/dosing staff: 5/5
My experience is thru another person and he is happy with things i am happy with things
I am a parent of a 3 year old spectrum kid who was recently in the Early Learning Program (ELP). I truly believe each staff member cares and is doing the best they can, but the ELP program itself was really disappointing. There are a few things I wish I knew before enrolling:

The Bridge saved my son’s life. Everyone on staff treated him well and encouraged him on getting sober. Even after he successfully completed his time there they remained in contact to ensure he had all the support outside of there as well. My son chose to be there for all the right reasons and worked the program to ensure he would learn and recover. I can never thank the bridge and Dr. King enough in helping my son. There are very few places that offer adolescent substance abuse help and I am so thankful I found them.
My experience at Longleaf Recovery was outstanding and it was a crucial part of my recovery journey. I completed the intensive outpatient program (IOP) that lasted around 90 days and I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff is genuinely caring and consists of a good mix of therapists, clinicians , and administrators who either specialize in the treatment of substance use disorder or are living examples of successful long-term recovery, or in some instances both! Longleaf does an excellent job of assessing the medical needs of its clientele and making effective recommendations to enhance the success of both early and intermediate length recovery. Each client is also assured at least one hour of individual counseling weekly with a mental health professional, with more time for therapy available if needed. The group classes are a healthy mix of educational presentations, firsthand accounts of successful recovery, inspirational discussions, and interactive group therapy. I truly enjoyed the time I spent with my classmates and the Longleaf staff, which is saying a lot for an addiction treatment program, and would highly recommend that anyone who is seeking a better way of life check out what they have to offer!

I am happy to share my incredibly positive experience with Ann Madsen and the exceptional psychiatric care I have received under her guidance. I would confidently rate her and the entire doctor's office with a well-deserved 5 stars.

Fast Pace Urgent Care in Leeds, AL, was awesome! Everything from the check in process to leaving the urgent care was great. They took my insurance (currently on Obamacare because I don't make a lot of money - working on trying to make more) and enjoyed getting my ears cleaned out! I had impacted ear wax in my right ear and they were able to flush it out. All of the staff, including the PA were so kind. Place was squeaky clean! Low copay! Will be coming back if the need arises!! Thanks!
