I decided in October 2025 at 4yrs. clean to attend R3 Service's women's group and individual counseling sessions. It has been an amazing experience and contributed to much growth in my recovery journey. The professional staff, beautiful recovery environment and the attention to detail offering so many varieties of classes catering to your individual needs was available. Thank you to the entire staff for treating this recovering addict with the utmost respect and making me feel that there is hope in recovery!

Blueprints can help you change your life, if you let them. The little things like the comfortable mattresses, ability to keep your phone, and a shopping allowance make your time in treatment a little easier. It's the community you build, the caring staff, and the wide range of comprehensive programming is where Blueprints truly shines. Your experience doesn't stop upon completion of PHP — Chapter 2, IOP, and GOP provide excellent continuity of care. Even if you don't opt for any aftercare, you will still have a strong foundation upon discharge that will help set you on a successful path to a better life. My only complaint with Blueprints was the lack of detox & true inpatient facilities; I had to detox and do three months of inpatient with another facility prior to PHP with Blueprints, and it would've been nice to have the first part of my treatment journey begin in the same place it ended. Overall, nothing but positive things to say about my ~6 months under their care (PHP, IOP, and GOP).

I had to attend a screening appointment at Blueprints to fulfill a requirement and while due to the nature of my situation I will not continue services there, I did want to shout them out. Their office space is bright, calming and welcoming. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful, friendly and kind. I met with Shauna and I can't give her enough stars. She was professional, non-judgemental, understanding and very kind. I was not sure what to expect with Blueprints but I'd really recommend them to anyone needing their services. I felt had I needed further services or assistance, I would have been in really good hands. Which says a lot because I've had some bad mental health / social services experiences.

Tried to bring in my grandson who has FASD. We sat through the draconian intake and scheduled with “dr.” Reis. Two weeks later, they called to reschedule. No problem. A couple weeks later, they called to reschedule that appointment . Ok, unfortunate but it happens. Now, today, they called to reschedule again. To me, that’s unprofessional. Why would I want to bring him in there. Is this what every appointment will be like? Will my grandson’s prescription get refilled when the doctor reschedules again? If they don’t want to see a patient, they should say so, not blow off a young teen. I recommend “dr.” Reis get a job where she doesn’t have to see patients
