Volunteer Behavioral Health

Last week I toured this facility to meet staff and get a better knowledge of the care they provide. I will say the house is beautiful, clean, and has a nice peaceful environment. The staff is amazing. From the clinical director to the BHT everyone was so nice and well informed on their purpose. As someone who works in the Mental Health field, and seen numerous facilities, Nashville Mental Health stood out and is somewhere I would feel very good about sending a loved one to receive treatment.

I did not receive treatment here because my insurance was out of network, however Alex and Dustin reached out to a few other programs and got me hooked up with the right place. Alex knew what I was looking for and found an amazing place for me. I wasn’t even his to worry about but I kept receiving calls from him untill he found the right place. It was so nice of him to care so much about a complete stranger. Though I couldn’t go here I can tell they truly care about getting people better. I can’t thank you enough Alex!

I came across TRUE after I had been through a detox residential program for addiction. Everyone said that aftercare was very important to recovery. I knew I wanted to take my recovery seriously so I found TRUE in the heart of middle Tennessee. TRUE offers individualize therapy and groups that address each persons personal struggles. I have grown so much in my recovery. I am experiencing huge life changes and the people here have become my family. I can’t imagine going through the changes I am going through with out the support I get from TRUE. The atmosphere is safe and empowering. The facility is clean, chic, and welcoming. They even have these big comfy chairs if you are in need of a little nap. 😅 There’s always snacks, fresh coffee, and great community. I love it here and can’t imagine being anywhere else during the healing process of my recovery.
