Virtue Recovery Center Chandler Arizona

I just started with Serenity last month and have been very happy with them. My last provider was awful about appointments, refills and communication in general. This service has been very professional and communicative. I have been working with Michelle Reijonen and she was very thorough, supportive and thoughtful in her treatment. So far it's been a great experience.

Recovery Syndicate saved me. It was here I felt safe and a security to truly work on myself. From the phone call to intake to discharge they helped and supported me every step of the way. Sarah Snyder is always on top of helping all clients in any way she can. Terry Begaye always around to help above and beyond his job.Regina Raybourn uses her position for to do so much good and to truly help those who want it. Her experience and love for what she does shows in everything she does. BHT Timothy Vree brought such a unique approach and is one of the best BHT's I ever had. His insight and knowledge of many things gives you a clear understanding and perspective of topics.My therapist Bobbi Saenz was amazing and open with everything I needed to work on but not afraid to tell it like it is. My case manager Steve Bagnani was the best, his door always open to talk or get even the hardest things done. He never turned me away when I needed even the smallest things. Tony may be behind the scenes but always there to handle the things that need to be done. He holds down so much and keeps client care and recovery his top priority. I would recommend this place to anyone willing and ready to change their life. They show by example and experience that a new life is possible.

Staff was very helpful being my first time there. Showed me where to check in and even walked me to where it was. Keep up the great work. This community member thought the world of you for it!

I have not had the best experience with this place. Having a loved one in a facility is already hard enough. I signed up for full access and to keep communication open. I have yet to receive any of this. My loved one had an emergency in this facility and had to be rushed to the hospital I was not notified from the facility till 45 mins after the incident. Which at that time I had already known about it from the hospital. Knowing that the incident happened due to the negligence of the nurse was even more disappointing. There's so much more unprofessionalism that's happening here. But I'll save that for the company I'll be reaching out to regarding this facility. I hope that if you or your loved one are looking into getting help definitely check around first. You want to be somewhere where you know you'll want to stay and not be distracted by the staff and the chaos. Good luck.
