I came here previously for marriage counseling and loved the counselor I had. So I decided to give them a shot again for individual counseling at the beginning of this year and am every bit as happy with this experience. They vet their therapists very well. Meredith Lane is a godsend, I'm doing exponentially better than I was when this year started, with her help. Can't recommend this place strongly enough, it passes the vibe check.

The work that Jenni-Kay and I have done was beyond what I thought I was capable of in therapy. I came to her in as a neurodivergent person in burnout after a traumatic event looking for any kind of relief and finished our work together (because I had to move) feeling like myself again. As someone who intellectualizes their feelings and heard from many therapists previously that I was “incredibly self aware”, Jenni-Kay and I were able to get to the heart of my pain, uncover parts of myself using IFS that I desperately wanted to connect with, and establish a way for me to utilize the tools I learned in therapy to get through difficult moments outside of her office. The work Jenni-Kay and I did has truly changed my life for the better and I recommend her to anyone looking for a deeply compassionate therapist.
