University Settlement Society of New York – Victory Guild Consultation Center is a culturally responsive, community-based mental health clinic located at 184 Eldridge Street in Manhattan's Lower East Side. This comprehensive mental health center provides high-quality, evidence-based services for children, adolescents, adults, and families across New York City.

Utilizing proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), the clinic offers a broad range of services, including individual therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, group therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management.

Serving over 800 clients annually, the Victory Guild Consultation Center is staffed by experienced, licensed therapists and psychiatric professionals who offer personalized care during flexible hours—Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM, with telehealth services available on Saturdays.

Multilingual therapists provide services in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, Polish, Russian, and Cantonese, ensuring accessible care for New York’s diverse communities. The clinic serves all five boroughs and also operates six school-based satellite clinics, expanding its reach to children and families in educational settings.
