Telelcare - 12th Street House

Telecare – 12th Street House in Bend, Oregon, is a five-bed residential treatment program dedicated to supporting adults with serious mental illness who require 24-hour supervision and assistance with psychiatric recovery. Designed as a recovery-based residential environment, the program focuses on fostering independence, self-responsibility, and skill-building for individuals transitioning toward more independent living.
