This place really cares very much. They are the best people I have come across, they genuinely want to help. I appreciate them very much.
I called and spoke with the social worker today about the multifaceted issues I am having with my aging mother. She was amazingly helpful and listened to all the issues, even the ones that were not directly linked to getting care at the facility. If her care and attitude reflect the rest of the staff, I hope if/when mom needs care we can place her here.
This place truly changed my life. From the moment I walked in, I felt seen, respected, and cared for. The staff didn’t treat me like a number — they treated me like a human being who mattered. The counselors were compassionate but also honest, which is exactly what I needed. The structure, support, and community here gave me tools I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.
