Riverbend - Twitchell House

This program has genuinely changed my life. I'm not from New hampshire and I was new to rehab, but Avenues welcomed me with open arms. They gave me hope when I felt like I had already lost everything. The structure here was what I needed after being out of control for so long. The groups filled me with information that helped me grow in my recovery and as a person. The staff here are amazing and they care so much. Not just because it's their job, but because they understand. Jackie, Lexii, Justin, Bryan H. Beth, Serene, Jess, and my therapist Kate. They have helped me get through my roughest challenges and I'm so grateful I made the decision to come here. The alumni group is great here. They have fun activities and meaningful moments with one another. I'm very happy to be apart of avenues alumni thanks to Beth and Steve K. I am deeply grateful for Avenues.

Colleen is personable and understanding & has a sense of humor. She listens well to your needs and comes up with good resources.

What a great opportunity I had to visit Bold Steps Recovery in Concord, NH! I am the founder of a non profit that engages with clients in recovery treatment programs, so I have gotten to see so many excellent programs and meet so many dedicated, passionate and well trained caregivers.

One of the ladies here who works here “Haley Campbell” is going out of her way on social media to comment on people and even try to bring them down through words, over a comment questioning something on the internet. She was mocking, and that even growth is something I can only aspire about. Someone with a position like this should always be sure to maintain professionalism even outside of work. You’re helping our youth so uphold that then. Not just in work. And don’t leave comments in pointless stances, especially when it was unwarranted and really unnecessarily rude
