Riverbend - Twitchell House, located at 111 Pleasant Street in Concord, New Hampshire, is a residential treatment facility dedicated to adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. Established in 1894 as part of the New Hampshire Hospital campus, Twitchell House combines a historic, homelike environment with modern, evidence-based care. The 15-bed program provides 24-hour supported housing and a comprehensive approach to recovery, emphasizing safety, affordability, and individualized support.
