I can't say enough good things about the Crescent Moon Rehab Centers Orange County LLC. Crescent Moon is truly a holistic healing experience. I experienced much more than physical drug detox. This facility works on all dimensions of wellness, and it works! The director is an amazing, and very special. The nurses went above and beyond their jobs and knew every clients medical needs. My physical, mental, and emotional needs were met in ways I didn't know were needed. It's obvious right away that the staff really care about the clients and will go above and beyond for them. I've been around different drug and alcohol treatment facilities and recovery for many years and I've never seen or heard of anything close to compare to the Crescent Moon. I'd recommend and encourage anyone who's looking for addiction treatment to choose the Crescent Moon. This place is very special, and staffed by smart, caring, and amazing people.

I’ve tried reaching New Beginnings Fellowship multiple times just to schedule a time to complete my community service hours, and every call has been frustrating. Each time I called, I was pushed aside and told to call back at another time instead of simply helping me set up an appointment. What made it worse was that a person named ALONZO MITCHELL later calles me back accusing me of being rude on the phone when I absolutely was not. I was just trying to get clear information and move forward with my hours. The lack of organization and the unprofessional communication made the whole process way more difficult than it needed to be. I really expected better from a place that’s supposed to be about helping people. I would reach out to ONEOC and get your hours done elsewhere i can tell they will make your time here a living hell.
