PMS - Espanola Family Wellness Center

PMS – Española Family Wellness Center, operated by Presbyterian Medical Services, is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic serving Española, New Mexico, and surrounding rural communities. The center provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services designed to address both mental health and substance use needs across the lifespan. By integrating therapy, crisis services, medication management, and community-based supports, the clinic ensures individuals receive coordinated and accessible care close to home.

As a CCBHC, the facility delivers 24/7 crisis intervention, mobile crisis response, medication-assisted treatment, and psychosocial rehabilitation. Comprehensive Community Support Services help individuals build life skills, access housing and financial resources, and strengthen independence. The center also incorporates evidence-based therapies alongside culturally responsive services through partnerships such as Totah Behavioral Health Authority, blending traditional Native American healing practices with modern clinical approaches.

Serving children, teens, adults, seniors, and vulnerable populations including those experiencing homelessness or unemployment, PMS – Española Family Wellness Center focuses on long-term recovery and resilience.
