I want to say any help I ever needed Bionca and Takeira are amazing workers!! Anything I need help with they are there and they’re very patient. There are some other workers who have been very helpful. Very good place for help in many different situations.

The program has helped me increase my fitness level and exposed me to new workouts all the while introducing me to a community of people with shared interests.
