Provider "Dr. E" was wonderful. She was able to get me in super quickly, after my current provider stopped practicing short notice. She accommodated getting in around work hours, so the process was easy and no time was missed from work. She also reviewed all of my information and was well informed about my previous care. The in take process was thorough and painless. I am happy to continue my care with Dr E.
This clinic is absolutely fantastic!!! They will help you in any area if they can't they will point you to who can. The nurses are FANTASTIC and always treat you like a human NOT an addict. The nurse last week was so amazing and gave me some of the simplest advice I've heard 1000 times but something about how she said it gave me the confidence boost I needed. They work with you to make sure you can get to your appointments and have medicine until then. Absolutely awesome clinic!!! I'll recommend them 100 times over.
Let’s start with the good…. We have been very happy with the services provided and the providers that are helping my son. His individual therapist is accessible and the communication is good. Now for the negative… We are using our insurance eff flexible spending account to pay for our copay. Early in the year we were also using it to pay for our deductible and needed to supply our FSA with detailed receipts. The admin people at the front desk gave me non-detailed receipts on three separate occasions even after I explain to them what I needed. But I asked for was a description of the service the provider and the amount. After the third failed attempt they gave me a billing number and a name of someone that I needed to talk to. We have called them four times and have never received a return call. I have also sent two emails without a response. To sum it up therapists and services are good; front desk and billing department poor. Update: The week after I posted the review, the problem was solved. We haven’t had any other issues
