The Mesa Vet Center, located at 1303 South Longmore in Mesa, Arizona, provides confidential, community-based mental health services tailored to Veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. This non-medical outpatient facility specializes in supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relational challenges, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, military sexual trauma (MST), grief, and substance use. Services are offered at no cost and focus on restoring well-being and strengthening connections within families and communities.
At Mesa Vet Center, clients benefit from both individual and group counseling sessions, as well as specialized therapy for couples and families. The center offers targeted support for Veterans from various service eras—including Iraq, Afghanistan, and Vietnam—alongside spouse support groups and MST counseling for both men and women. The facility also provides referrals to local VA and community programs for substance use treatment, as well as telehealth services for added accessibility.
