InterCommunity Health Care

InterCommunity Health Care in East Hartford, Connecticut is a Joint Commission accredited and NCQA recognized Federally Qualified Health Center providing integrated behavioral health and primary care services for individuals of all ages. Services include individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, psychiatric assessment, medication management, telehealth, and care coordination. Bilingual services are available for Spanish-speaking children and adults.

Substance use treatment includes Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOT), Extended Outpatient Treatment, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), and residential detox through the Withdrawal Management Center. Life skills support, relapse prevention education, and housing and employment assistance are also available.
