Frontier Health Community Connections in Big Stone Gap, Virginia provides intensive outpatient, outpatient, and residential services for adolescents, children, youth, adults, family members, and foster parents. Programs include case management services, outpatient therapy, school-based services, court services counseling, day support services, IPS employment services, prevention services, therapeutic foster care, post adoption services, community engagement services, and work skills assessment to support individuals with substance abuse, serious emotional issues, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and experiences related to abuse, neglect, and trauma.
