Fred LeRoy Health and Wellness Center

The Fred LeRoy Health and Wellness Center, operated by the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska, is a comprehensive outpatient care facility serving American Indian individuals and others eligible for Indian Health Services in Omaha, Nebraska.
