Franklin Recovery Center

Came in today for a court recommended mental health and substance usage screening and couldn’t have been more pleased. Mr. Gib walked me through the process and did more than just sit there and ask a line of questions off a piece of paper, he got to actually find what I was interested in and showed me a look into his life and what his hobbies are. All around great people.

I had a fantastic experience at Mercy Community Healthcare in Franklin, TN! I saw Dr. Hadgu, and he was absolutely wonderful. He really took his time with me, addressed all of my concerns, and even shared lots of helpful healthy eating tips. I appreciated that he didn’t rush and made sure to ask if I had any questions. The nurse, Olivia, was super sweet and made me feel comfortable. Sylvia was also incredibly kind and helpful—everyone I interacted with made the visit so easy and pleasant. When I went to check out, I met Dulce, and she was just as lovely and welcoming. I also had bloodwork done, and the phlebotomist was amazing—she got my vein on the first try and it didn’t even hurt! That never happens to me, so I was very impressed. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they have a walk-in clinic AND a psychiatric side in the same building. The facility is very new, shiny, and extremely clean. On top of that, everyone there seemed genuinely happy to work where they do, which says a lot! I will definitely be recommending this clinic to my friends, and I will absolutely be back!

They saved my life. I could never repay them for the life I live now. Dr. Ferri and his staff (Jessica and so many others) have more compassion, empathy, and respect for those suffering than I’ve ever come across in my many attempts to get help. They are so kind and judgement free. He (and they) genuinely cared about the struggles I was facing and (although I had doubt at the time) they never steered me wrong. I’m sad I had to move out of state and can’t get that kind of care here but I will never forget what they did for me to get me where I am now. Thank you guys for saving someone that to others wasn’t worth saving anymore😭❤️
