EOSIS – Twin Town, located at 1706 University Avenue in Saint Paul, Minnesota, is a 50-bed men’s residential treatment center dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. With a legacy of serving men since the 1960s, EOSIS Twin Town provides both high-intensity and medium-intensity residential programs, offering 30 or 15 hours of structured counseling per week. The program blends individualized treatment planning, medical care, and evidence-based therapies to provide a comprehensive recovery experience.
At EOSIS Twin Town, residents receive support through a wide range of services, including individual and group counseling, medication-assisted treatment, and ongoing assessments to ensure progress throughout recovery. Specialized therapeutic approaches such as Moral Reconation Therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and life skills training are designed to help men address the root causes of addiction while building healthier patterns of thought and behavior. In addition, recreational therapy and wellness opportunities, including access to an on-site gym, support the development of positive lifestyle habits.
