The Process Recovery Center is by far the best treatment center in NH and surrounding areas. I went through this program back in 2021 and stayed sober for 18 months. I had a slip up and they welcomed me back with open arms, no questions asked. Since then I’ve remained sober and will be coming up on 2 years clean in July. The difference that sets Process apart from all the others is the true sense of community and love. I came to Nashua not knowing anyone here, and because of Process I now have a city full of sober friends, family, and connections. If you or anyone you know is struggling with alcohol and or drug use/dependency, coming to Process just might be the best decision you ever make in your life.

They have always been very accommodating, flexible with scheduling and empathetic. From being late to last minute appointments. Everyone in the office has been very helpful and understanding. I am confident everytime I have to visit I am getting caring and personalized care.

The services received from Direction were great, but dealing with their billing practices have been a nightmare. Bill was paid in full via their 3rd party billing provider, but I was subsequently billed for the same dates and amount the next month. After multiple calls and hours and providing them with proof of payment through their own billing system, I finally spoke to someone that mentioned a supervisor (which I could not speak to directly no matter how many times I called) was able to remove the double billing. A week later the invalid charge is still showing on the portal... Definitely a very stressful situation.
