East Bay Community Action Program – East Bay Health Center in Barrington, Rhode Island provides emergency services and residential services for individuals experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis, severe and/or persistent mental or emotional disorders, and serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI). Emergency services provide stabilization, support, and advocacy while coordinating access to ongoing behavioral health services to help individuals remain safe in the community.

The center also offers integrated health home services, assertive community treatment, wellness coaches, medication administration, Clozaril clinic services, individual counseling, group counseling, case management, care coordination, and hospital liaison services. In addition to behavioral health care, the center provides primary care services including preventative care, chronic disease management, health screenings, immunizations, pregnancy tests, home visits, and community education referrals. Integrated behavioral health services are available as part of a patient-centered medical home serving adults, infants, children, and adolescents.
