Avenues is a solid rehab facility that really does the best with what it has. The counselors genuinely care and are invested in helping patients improve, which makes a meaningful difference. If you’re willing to put in the work, you’ll absolutely gain something valuable from the experience. That said, it’s important to go in with realistic expectations—this isn’t a luxury setting. The food and dining are decent but not standout, and while many staff members are great, a few could benefit from additional professional development. Overall, it’s a worthwhile place for those committed to their recovery.

Cambridge VA has been over seeing my symptoms, plus psychological therapy. Getting me a new back brace to support my 17 compression fractures. You are greeted very respectful by everyone. Appointment times run on time. The clinic is 40 miles away from where I live. I rather travel 40 miles, than go the local Doctors. Only 1 of my 8 local doctors that I have, has went out of his way to help me. Cambridge VA go out of their way to help you in anyway possible.

I am very thrilled to begin my healing journey here, I am beyond thankful the kinda lady on the phone called me back this morning to get me started on getting set up for an intake, its a big blessing to me , and I am confident and excited as I know some people who've gone here and gotten some amazing help and care and are on better routes themselves in life. Front desk administrator was very rude to me and refused to give a simple work note for not having updated insurance information even when I explain I already gave them this information prior. She went to the extent of canceling my appointments for no reason.
