Care STL Health

CareSTL Health, located at 5471 Dr Martin Luther King Drive in Saint Louis, Missouri, is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing comprehensive primary and behavioral health care to underserved, underinsured, and uninsured populations.
