I recommend Insight and Empowerment to anyone who is looking for a good counseling center. Sarah is absolutely amazing. She knows what she is doing and how to help. She knows when someone just needs to talk or when someone needs a little push in the right direction or when they need tools to help them reach their goals. I have enjoyed getting to know Rosa, Jade, and Brooke as well. I'm not sure what happened to the individuals who have put 1 star reviews but I am sad to see that their experience was less than what I have come to expect.

I am a Guardianship Specialist at Alan R. Harrison Law. Our Spanish speaking families that come to us for Guardianship use Serenity Human Services for Case Management and Service Coordination. They have been the go between for us to be able to communicate effectively with our clients. Oryan Rodrigues has been fantastic to work with. You can tell he really cares about the families we are helping. He's positive, upbeat, and responsive. He's able to convey to our shared clients what our process is, what documentation is needed and helps them fill out the paperwork required, which helps us stay on track in a timely manner. We appreciate working with other professionals that value collaboration, compassion, professionalism, and empathy. Legal matters can be overwhelming and daunting, but having a support system with experience that knows what to expect and can walk you through the process makes all the difference. I think the receptionists are so kind and helpful. They are always smiling and quick to get me appointments scheduled so I can stay in the books. Ive been seeing cynthia and I think she's cool helpful and very informative.
