While I have not attended this group, based on my personal experience with suicide loss it is extremely helpful to be with others who are going through the aftermath. I encourage anyone - a relative, friend, young adult or teen - who is dealing with the tragic loss to simply attend. There is comfort in knowing others are dealing with this and there is absolutely no need to say anything unless you want to. While you may never "get over" the loss, learning how to move forward from those with the same experience can be extremely helpful. It was for me.
