It was difficult to choose a star since some experiences have been wonderful and others horrible so I went with a 3. I have been a patient for 8 years. The doctor turnaround has been really bad. We have a very knowledgeable, reliable one now, Dr Laura who has been there almost 3 years. A total record! I have never had issues with the nurses. They are always professional and very nice. But councilors like doctors are in and out within 6 months. Which means you have to “tell your story” to another new person and get used to their own style. Although I have had Miss Laurie for a couple years now as well. Consistency is so very important in this setting. Like most people I feel some of the rules and restrictions are ridiculous but that’s a government thing, not a southwest thing! I have tried Mohave Mental Health but feel Southwest is a better fit for me.
