Running Tammy off from the Kaufman Tx location was a HUGH mistake. Tammy showed not only compassion for people but took her job seriously. She is professional and would return calls with solutions to your questions. The billing has always been an issue. Sometimes I would get an invoice but there were no deals as to history date of appointments for the cost of billing. It just had a total amount to pay. Who would pay trusting their billing records was correct or not? Then there was other times the charges were taken right at location immediately after appointment. A printed receipt was given. Now there are insufficient employees who act like somewhere else would be better than the office they are in. I ran out of medication because of a scheduling mistake. I was told I could not get a call back from a doctor nor a virtual urgent time to speak to doctor for less than 10 minutes. Recently I was given a card with 4-3-26, with staff knowing they are closed on Fridays. I was unaware so I drove to location to find a sign on door informing business operation hours This location is awful. I will locate another service provider. This is people’s lives/mental health you’re dealing with. I do not recommend Child & Family Guidance the Kaufman Texas location.
