I have been going here for mental health help for over five years. They offer case management, one on one, counseling, job placement, rehab, and they have medicine clinic to fill your mental health prescription on site. The free services and free medicine is worth dealing with their BS. Their customer service sucks. I get a new case worker every 4-6 months. I hardly get to build repertoire with anyone here. Sometimes they give me a hard time about getting my medicine. I dread going here every month because idk if they will give me a hard time. I continue to go because I need the care. I have had many friends tell me they hate this place and the service is no good for them. I figure you get what you up in. If you dress nice and professional, or clean, they will give you better service. If you talk with manners they will be respectful. Today, I called and they asked if they could put me on hold. Without me saying a word they tossed me on hold. I hung-up and called back. Then after answering my question the last female hung- up on me without ending the conversation. How rude. Do you not teach your people how to have a proper conversation? You could train your people in customer service. Also they don't pay their employees enoughoney to keep them above water. Therefore, the turn over rate is high, which is why I never has the same case manager for longer then a handful of months. They are LGBTQ friendly.

I would not go to this place unless it was like a last option. It is beyond filthy, no structure, everyone is always all over the place. I think they need more staff and definitely an upgrade on the facility. I have never been to a place where at night they allow other residents called “lead male and female” or whatever the term was to make house meeting calls….it makes absolutely no sense for residents to able to get other residents out of bed to ask everyone who smoked in the bathroom. When it’s supposed to be a NON SMOKING facility. It was definitely more of a crisis center than a rehabilitation center. Not unless they have changed that much in 14 years.

I have tried to get an apt for over 2weeks and I had to reschedule because my son had a doctors apt the first time and the second time, they rescheduled but when she called to reschedule I had told her that I’d been to the hospital multiple times for my anxiety and I really needed an apt set up soon and she tells me that she’ll call me THAT week and schedule me, well it’s been a week and now it’s the next and I’ve called and called and called and can’t get ahold of nobody and TRUTHFULLY I shouldn’t have to try this hard to get an apt set up especially after I specified how important and urgent it was that I’d be seen soon. They have no sense of urgency and if you are in need of help FAST this is NOT the place to go. I’ll be calling other places and not going with this one.

I really liked the people employed here other than my therapist Tim and the program with him. He immediately dismissed my main concern in life and wouldn't even let the patients in my group discuss my fears with me. The group spends 90% of the allotted time going of their previous day, which I did enjoy hearing about their lives and issues but does not allow for time to work on anything that brought us there. I end up quitting the program to the guilt I was feeling for what my family was spending on the co-pay each week.

We have been to this place twice and they have the worst services ever. Yesterday, my husband went because his in pain for 4 days. We waited for 1.5 hours before the tech got us and took his vitals then waited for the PA 30 minutes just to tell us that my husband needs Motrin and celebrex they prescribed a long time ago. We said, it doesn't work and needs better meds. It was so frustrating to wait for that long and not even see the doctor. Instead, rude and unintellectual PA.

***BEWARE*** Avoid this facility at all costs. Especially Sierra Gilbert. If you somehow get the misfortune of being matched up with this counselor (saying that very loosely), run. I have been to several counselors and all have genuinely cared. Not Sierra. This job is clearly a paycheck for this barely out of college counselor. Has ZERO business doing counseling, especially family. Literally was zero support and made the situation worse. I will review this facility on every platform possible to caution any other people wasting their time.

So I went here for an hour last night, Not really sure if I can say this is the best evaluation for young white people well-being, better off going to jail for better help As I made it very clear to the doctor that I was lying and confessed how I was feeling, not like it did anything there like a Brick wall staff has a lot of attitude singing “not like us”, the man that discharged me I told him that I want to hurt people 5 min before he discharge me, jest bc I was like

Sometimes kids need someone to talk to... 👦 👨‍👦 👨‍👦‍👦 👨‍👧‍👦 👧 Stelly was NOT into talking to ANYONE! 🤫 So grateful 🙏 for the skill and ease the staff have into wooing a kid to talk. A "black squishy" was the 🔑 to get Stelly to open up🔒. 😉 They were also able to ease this mom's 💜 . The place is kid friendly and Stelly found it very inviting. Especially happy they had one of her favorite snacks! 🐠 Goldfish ..The waiting area is divided into different areas and generally has "kid shows" on. Thanks to all ya'll at Planet Rock. 😢 🥲 Easing one mother's 💗 at a time.

This line is doing more damage than it is help the representatives are disrespectful and don’t have compassion in their heart. They don’t listen. They talk back and they are more danger to the community with their arrogance. It’s a shame what the world has come to, and then they have the nerve to have a recording to say they wanna help they do care and that’s not true. They make me feel like every time I call that even roadkill is beneficial to destiny swap with this number is trash I was told it was for counseling and being able to talk in vent then they want to change a manipulated and say for the suicide hotline I thought that was what 911 was for They keep changing information for more sinister agenda, and that’s all I have to say about my opinion… It’s hard to do good business with universe that never liked the diversity of everybody’s culture…

So I went there a few weeks ago and the staff was extremely weird and rude (first off I will be name dropping because I don't care and I don't like them so yea) but anyways back to what I was saying basically this girl named Maria she goes on these rats daily basically saying how we chose to be here and how it's our fault for being mentally ill and if you have a ED they do not care if there is certain things that you cannot eat they will just give you a protein shake and recently I went and basically they say if you don't eat your lunch or your dinner you don't get snack which normally is sweet stuff but children like sweet things but it can also be fruit which I think a lot of children do like so basically if you have been eating disorder you will not be eating you will be drinking the protein shake if you cannot have the certain things that they do cook I do not remember the doctor's name but the first time that I went I was 11 years old and I stayed there for 2 weeks because I needed the help but basically they were just telling me that I needed to get over it and I needed to hurry up my treatment And again with the Maria girl she constantly tells you that the doctor is going to ask you questions about coping skills and what GNATS You are having when she doesn't she doesn't care this does not help your child at all this just is simply like a boot camp for them basically just teaching them stuff that isn't really important You have to wear other people's clothes other people's socks and as a African American girl they give you these little little tubs of shampoo body gel which is just shampoo it's the same exact thing I swear and a little bit of conditioner that is all you get and then they don't give you a different calm than what is given to you but they have other ones and they hardly give out lotion so you're going to be looking ashy all the time and PSA if you do have prescription medication that you need to take they are not going to give it to you until you are out And then that's whenever your parents or legal guardian will give it to youoverall this place is a really crappy place please do not send your children here (sorry one thing that I did forget to mention if you do not eat your food and you only eat a little bit of it and you look very skinny they are going to assume and they are going to either put their foot in the door if not they're going to stand inside of the bathroom with you as you shower or as you use the restroom to make sure that you are not throwing up your food which I can understand but yet again why are you letting children that might have eating disorders go to the bathroom for other mental facilities because I have also gone to cedar ridge which was a very much different experience that is a good facility to take your kids to but again they have a 30 minute wait list for you to go to the bathroom after you eat and Red Rock also they keep you in your rooms pretty much all day and only getting you out of your room for eating, groups or if you ask to come out of your room to get something then you are always in your room) but from experience please do that send your children here there are so many different mental facilities that you could take your kid to like I said earlier cedar ridge Parkside those are really good facilities in my opinion please please do not send your children here Red Rock is not the place for child or for anyone in fact please do not send your child here.

The actual Dr we see is fine, but the scheduling is a nightmare. With the med clinic alone, the past two appointments we’ve waited for over 30 min only to be told the provider wasn’t even there. Nobody bothered to call me to tell me the appointment was canceled. I had taken off work for both of these. With the counseling appointments, there have also been multiple times we had appts scheduled at the wrong clinic or they made appts for my child without even telling me, then called mad that I didn’t show up. It’s a total disaster. My daughter has also had to start over with several different therapists due to staff turnover. It’s hard for her to keep retelling her story over and over. My daughter needs her meds or I would not keep dealing with the frustration.
