Mental Health Providers in North Lima, Ohio

Every time I have gone here I have horrible anxiety because of the way they treat me. I have gotten calls from them basically berating me for not turning in paperwork on time when I wasn't given the proper resources to do so. I'm not sure why this was necessary but it was highly unprofessional and it seemed like the lady who called me was taking her frustration out on me. 2/3 nurse practioners I have seen here have been highly condescending while simultaneously not knowing anything about the conditions or accomodations I describe to them. They also scheduled the wrong type of appointment for what I needed and then tried to act like it was my fault, which it was not. I have been going here since I was a child but I will now be looking into going to someone new. I do not appreciate being treated like I am stupid when the very people calling me that are highly incompetent themselves. At least if you were good at your job I could understand, but that doesn't seem to be the case for anyone here.
