Had a test done in cardiology today and wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had at Olen General Hospital. From registration to my release everyone was upbeat, pleasant and professional. The communication from the nurses, technicians, and the doctor were clear and concise. I was encouraged to ask questions and never felt rushed. Having any test can be an anxious time. I wanted to thank all involved for making my experience as pleasant and as comfortable as possible.

Very little effort or care given to patients. Upon missing appointments (that you don't get reminders for) they cancel your services, leaving you unmedicated and blocking you from further help for at least 60 days. What if I snap because I don't have the meds THEY PRESCRIBED ME? Terrible organization, literally only there to collect payments from insurance . They don't care about your well being. I recommend ReMIND in Olean. Wonderful staff, periodic reminders for appointments, as well as offering telehealth or in person visits. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this office at all costs
