Mental Health Providers in Ogdensburg, New York

Oh boy. Where to start. Upon triage, nurse was cold and in-sympathetic. Like I was interrupting her free time, kudos to you for being awesome. Placed in a room for 6 hours and forgotten. In the mean time found a patients phone in the bathroom who had left hours prior. There were abandoned food trays in the lobby from breakfast still there at 8pm. Staff was short in person and attitude. Watchers were not pleasant and were openly expressing hoping to leave. Asked for juice from watcher, was told you’ll get what you get. I believe it was prune juice or some sort of substance splattered on the ceiling. PSA was very nice and was apologetic towards the expression of allll this said. I would never bring family or a kid to this place. Do the drive to Syracuse, bc ogdensburg ain’t it.

I am so comfortable speaking to her about anything. I feel understood and she helps me continue to make breakthroughs in what has been a long and difficult journey for me. I do believe she is one of the best therapist I have ever had.
