Harbor Wellness and Recovery Center has truly been life-changing for me. If you’re looking for a real, meaningful change in your life, this is the place that will support you every step of the way. My counselor, Caitlin, is absolutely incredible—I can’t say enough great things about her. Trustworthy doesn’t even begin to cover it, especially for someone like me who doesn’t trust easily. She’s made such a huge impact on my journey. I’ve also had the support of Liz, Dan, and Alyssa over the years and I trust them just as much. They’ve all been there for me in different ways, and it really shows how strong and supportive the entire team is. Jess, even though she’s newer, fits right in with the Harbor Wellness family—I connected with her right away. Going to Harbor truly feels like a home away from home. It’s a real community where people lift each other up, and it’s a place filled with safety, comfort, and genuine care. The staff truly cares about each and every person there, I have never felt like “just a client”. I highly recommend Harbor Wellness and Recovery Center to anyone looking to better themselves
