Worst Methadone Clinic! I don't know how they're still open they don't follow federal or state guidelines. Who is responsible for doing audits on this place? How are they missing so many policies that aren't being followed???

I'm not a patient but I give my cousin a ride up there. He is worried that leaving a negative review might have a negative impact on how his case is handled so I told him I would do it. He just found out that Healthport has been billing him for regular appointments and medication as usual, but his insurance was canceled 3 months ago. Somehow the insurance company and healthport both never told him it was canceled and continued billing so he now has over $4,500 in medical bills for 3 months of uninsured treatment. I'm no expert but it seems like they are understaffed over there. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but after all the stories I've heard, it's just so hard to tell.
