If I could leave 0 stars I would. Impossible to schedule an appointment. Dave texted me to get my daughter on the books. I asked him any day after 3. He said next availability would be November 27th. On Thanksgiving. He said misty is only available every other Thursday. So I told him to put me on the schedule for December 11th which he confirmed was open. Then he told me he cannot schedule that far out. I have never heard of a clinic not being able to schedule a few weeks out. He told me he doesn’t “typically” schedule that far out because of no shows. So I asked him when I can call to secure the 11th. He texted back and said even if I called next week he can’t guarantee that the day will be open. So if someone else were to schedule it they can. But for some reason he wouldn’t allow me to schedule it. It sounds like they are open holidays though so they have that going for them. I wouldn’t waste your time with this clinic. Unless you’re able to get in on a holiday. I did text back and told him to go ahead and put my daughter down for Thanksgiving day and he never responded back.

At first I thought this place was awesome. Autumn was an amazing therapist and my biggest advocate. Jesse, however would not listen to her or I. Life was so hard everyday. I told Jesse this repeatedly. I took an adhd test that Autumn gave me. Turns out I probably had ADHD. I gave the test to Jesse and never heard another word about it. I found a different provider and started adhd medication and my life has completely changed. I finally feel "normal". On top of all this they automatically pulled 50 dollars for "late cancel/no show". I cancelled an appointment days in advance. Please proceed cautiously with this place. Jesse also got me dependent on viibryd which I absolutely regret. My trust in Bigfoot is now zero.
