I have been going here for 4 years. I have been able to work through so many different things that no other counselor has been able to help me get through. They have EMDR therapist that have helped me overcome a lot of my PTSD. Thanks for being direct when needed but also kind and caring.

I’m have always been happy with Jarrod Crump as my doctor, he has been wonderful. However I have had a few issues now with the other staff at MAP. The most recent one being I was given the silent treatment on the phone just now. I was supposed to have an appointment on Tuesday at 9, I called Monday morning to cancel that appointment. Today (Wednesday) I received a call that I “missed” my appointment. When I called to make sure that I would not get a late fee because I did cancel that appointment I was informed that I missed the cancel deadline of 24 hrs. I called Monday at 10, making it 23 hours before. I understand that I am technically under the time limit for canceling but I respectfully asked it to be taken off anyway since it was a Monday, I could not call the precious days (weekend) and missed calling them when they opened my an hour. I was met with the silent treatment. I kept explaining my case in hopes she would say something on the other end. She said nothing. I even left some silent time to see if she was just thinking or checking something. Nope she simply wasn’t talking to me. It felt very unprofessional, I finally just said ‘okay thank you bye’ and she answered, thanking my for calling and told me to have a good day. I would have liked her to say something even if it was refusing my request. It all left me very frustrated, with a late fee and costumer service that wouldn’t talk to me. I have also had experiences where I called billing many times to pay my invoice over the phone and didn’t receive any call backs until I called 4 times. I tried to pay at the counter one day and was told to just pay later, but then no one would answer the phone or call me back after my message. These are all separate experiences, however all together I don’t feel I can recommend this place based on the costumer service. I have been frustrated and ignored more than once and would recommend some training in these regards.

Morgan mental health group is awful. I finally found my old counselor who was working here, she left the company because they weren't giving her hours so then I had to change therapists and the one I happened to choose must have just chosen to not start here. So then I had to pick another therapist and I only missed 2 appts 1 of which was a rescheduled appointment! Then I got a not great letter to my therapy portal. They didn't even call to remind me of my appts and I didn't receive a phone call when they dropped me as a client just the letter to my portal! Definitely would never recommend them to anyone!!!

Worst place! If I could give a Zero I would. I was at a very vulnerable time in my life and truly thought I was here for help. The employees lacked compassion, grace and kindness. This place is full of people with big egos who PUNISH patients for knowing their rights and who know their worth and expect proper treatment. Do not come here if you are seeking healing. The abuse of power is disgusting! All they care about is controlling patients and medicating you into compliance. They do not know how to compassionately treat patients with trauma. I was yelled at because my migraine was full blown and I was in so much pain. I asked if we could answer questions after I received meds and was out of pain. I had requested my meds at 12am and did not receive tgem until around 10am, ten hours later. The shift supervisor "Will" blatantly lied to my husband when my husband asked why the staff treated me so poorly. They withheld my migraine medication because I wanted to leave and stood up for myself, it wasn't until I demanded to go to the hosptal emergency room for my migraine that they gave me my necessary medication, they accused me of being judgmental of other patients because I was concerned for my safety due to past trauma. When my husband addressed this Will said he saw it first hand, when my husband confronted him about this, Will then admitted he wasn't and he was going by what a nurse said. You have seen bad treatment in facilities like this, well it is real!!!!!! They would not give me my clothes and it was freezing, I asked for a blanket and the nurse said she could not, yet they gave other patients warmer clothing that they had on site. Stay away at all cost! The trauma they caused me was more harmful to me! This place is also very unclean and unsanitary. The staff and lab tech who drew my blood did not was their hands or change gloves between seeing patients!
