1 Star – Completely Unreliable and Unprofessional StayWell Health has canceled or rescheduled three dental appointments in a row for my father — three times, at both the Naugatuck and Waterbury, CT locations. Each time, I had to take PTO from work, only to find out at the very last minute that the dentist just didn’t show up. No explanation, no accountability. They do call — but unreliably and always at the last minute, sometimes the day of the appointment. On the first visit, they even wrote down the wrong phone number and didn’t bother to check any of the five forms I filled out, each of which had multiple call back numbers. The front desk seems overwhelmed or disinterested, and the whole operation feels disorganized and careless. If your time, your job, or your loved one’s healthcare matters to you, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This level of incompetence is not just frustrating — it’s unacceptable.
