I've been coming here almost 3 years, and they are very accommodating to their patients needs.

Terrible experience here. They deleted my old review of a certain aprn. When the review was seen by here she angrily slammed the door during my appointment and confronted me. Weeks later she called for a phone appointment we had set up. My phone number sends unknown numbers (which is what came up on my cell) to voicemail. No message was left, but I found out I was “discharged” for a no show when I called the office to contact the aprn.

CarePlus honestly saved my life. While it’s primarily group therapy focused, Sheri was an excellent facilitator (and therapist) for the group (and on an individual basis, as well). If you need support regarding mental health and/or overcoming substance use, this is the best facility in the area for PHP/IOP. From the first day, you can tell the faculty actually cares and wants you to succeed in overcoming any challenges you face regarding mental health/substance use. With the help of their case workers, their support goes beyond just your treatment which helps you feel supported even outside of PHP/IOP. Highly recommend CarePlus to anyone in need of this care.
