Once needed a medication for severe anxiety disorders and was told to not quit it cold turkey. they refused to fill the medication for 2 weeks after i was on it for about a year straight. had me going back and forth with the pharmacist and played the blame game. finally called a manager and they had the PCP fill it on the spot. auto immune disorders run in my family and i once had a dr who refused to give me an ANA test to check. went back and forth playing another blame game on who could assist me with logging into my chart after they switched systems so i could access me and my baby’s information. had my baby’s pediatrician say it was impossible that we got vaccines for my daughter because someone had failed to put them in her chart and they tried to give her double the vaccines due to it. caught an OBGYN giving pelvic exam without gloves, dismiss me that i wasnt apparently feeling the baby’s hiccups while pregnant, and tried to say a finger in my freshly postpartum vagina “didn’t hurt” and that it was “just pressure”. had a nurse mispronounce my name and then ask why it was spelled in a way it wasn’t pronounced, then told me “that’s stupid”. not your business lady. also not my fault. for the longest time i had a pcp who was accusing me of being on drugs due to blood pressure and heart problems caused by my anxiety and was later diagnosed with sinus tachycardia. i could go on. every now and then you get a few good nurses or Drs but they don’t stay long. i’m only here because i have to right now. some care is better than no care. but the very second i’m able to switch clinics, i will. sorry to all the good nurses and drs and receptionists that work here and catch strays due to the people here that aren’t in the right profession.
