Mental Health Providers in Fresno, California

I have been searching for a doctor and an office like this since I moved to California about 4 1/2 years ago. Julie has a fabulous bedside manner and is very thorough even making follow-up calls if something was thought to be missed. Great follow through and referrals. Listens to what you are saying and spend the amount of time necessary with the patient to get the results needed. The office staff is very friendly. I drive all the way from Reedley for my appointments as opposed to seeing somebody within close proximity he and being neglected. If there was an option to give her 10 stars I would!

Susan the therapist sucks , very rude and doesn’t care for her patients at all. I called regarding my mom and the receptions Barbara was super nice very friendly and helpful she’s a doll. But once I got transferred to Susan she had an attitude and said was not able to even confirm my mom was a pt there due to confidentiality. The only reason I called is because Susan told my mom she was going to get billed because her time is money , which all she did is ask my mom what insurance she had and let her know they don’t accept it and sent her on her way. No services were rendered and some how we are getting billed ! She only cares about money . Sad we have drs that only seek money

I called to check in on dui classes and the receptionist was rude! Thank god I didn’t agree with the offer, can’t even imagine how the staff is. If you’re gonna be rude, please don’t work as a receptionist. Would not recommend it!

This place is awful. Everyone lies, they force medications on people and take away human rights. The staff takes away people's humanity by breaking them down while admitted. My wife came home full of bruises, puncture marks, had no food or water, and a gash on her forehead after Clovis community falsely held her, and forged documents in order to abuse her. She refused medication because she was cognizant and knew she couldn't/ didn't need it, and they took away her human rights in order to force her to "comply" with treatment. I had to go there and force them to listen after the doctor called me and couldn't diagnose her. I've never had an experience like this in my entire life with medical personnel, and I wouldn't wish this for anyone, let alone showings is crisis. Dont go here, they abuse people and lie about everything.
