Woodland Centers

Woodland Centers in Willmar, Minnesota provides Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) along with Crisis Intervention and Psychiatric Services. Clients receive treatment that brings together mental health and substance use care under one clinical program.

Clients participate in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Family Therapy, and Group Therapy to support their mental health recovery. The treatment team serves adolescents and young adults dealing with Co-Occurring Disorders and Serious Mental Illness, through an integrated approach to mental health and substance use recovery.

Regular progress reviews allow the clinical team to refine therapeutic goals and ensure treatment remains on track. Longer-term outcomes are supported through structured aftercare planning and community referral at the appropriate stage of recovery.
