The Receiving & Outreach Center (ROC) at Wasatch Behavioral Health in Provo, Utah, serves as a crucial hub for adult crisis mental health services across Utah and Wasatch Counties. As part of the first community mental health center in the state, the ROC offers urgent access to mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention support. Staffed 24/7 by master-level therapists and certified peer support specialists, the center is equipped to respond immediately to individuals experiencing acute behavioral health crises.
In collaboration with local law enforcement, the ROC also provides Mobile Crisis Outreach (MCOT) services, bringing mental health expertise directly to those in need within the community. The center allows adults to stay for up to 24 hours in a supportive, trauma-informed setting designed for stabilization and assessment. By offering compassionate, around-the-clock care and rapid linkage to long-term resources, the Receiving & Outreach Center plays a vital role in helping individuals regain control and access continued support following a behavioral health emergency.
