Tri County Help Center

Tri County Help Center, located at 104 1/2 North Marietta Street in Saint Clairsville, Ohio, is a private nonprofit domestic violence & mental health support organization dedicated to empowerment, education, & equality. Established in 1979, the agency was founded to address the urgent need for services for survivors of domestic violence & has since expanded to support individuals affected by sexual abuse, human trafficking, trauma, & a wide range of mental health concerns. Serving Belmont, Harrison, & Monroe counties, the center provides accessible, community-based care through certified outpatient mental health services, advocacy programs, & emergency shelter support.

The organization offers individual therapy, group therapy, case management, crisis intervention, & specialized programs such as the Domestic Abuse Intervention Program & parenting classes. Licensed professionals utilize trauma-informed care & evidence-based approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, & foster long-term stability.
