The environment is always supportive and respectful, and everyone is encouraged to share at their own pace. Alexia and Morgan are outstanding facilitators. They’re patient, understanding, and genuinely care about everyone in the group. They make the sessions feel safe and welcoming, explain things clearly, and encourage open, honest conversations without any judgment. Because of their guidance, I’ve gained new insight, personal growth, and a stronger sense of direction.
