Transitions of Western Illinois

Transitions of Western Illinois is a nonprofit behavioral health organization serving individuals and families throughout Quincy and the greater Adams County area of Illinois. Founded in 1955, the organization has a long-standing history of providing accessible, high-quality mental health, rehabilitation, and educational services to people of all ages and abilities. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, Transitions delivers comprehensive, recovery-oriented care designed to support long-term wellness, independence, and meaningful community involvement.
