The Core Collective at Saint Vincent

The Core Collective at Saint Vincent, located at 7401 Florissant Road in Saint Louis, Missouri, is dedicated to transforming the lives of youth and families through trauma-informed care and community-based support. With a mission centered on nurturing social and emotional well-being, the center offers a wide range of services that include individual therapy, family support, case management, and expressive therapies such as art therapy. One of the cornerstone programs offered at The Core Collective is its Transitional Living Program (TLP). Designed for youth and young adults ages 16–22, this residential program provides up to 18 months of housing and supportive services, with additional counseling and case management to ease the transition into independent living.
